Adobe Foundation + NAMI

About: In response to post-COVID student mental health challenges, the Adobe Foundation and NAMI launched a powerful social media campaign. Centered on the "Creative Approaches for Managing Mental Health" study, which surveyed nearly 2,000 Americans aged 13 and older, the initiative proved that creative expression boosts confidence, reduces stress, and enhances wellbeing. Striking visuals, authentic stories, and interactive content ignited widespread engagement and empowered communities to embrace creativity for better mental health.
